Volunteer Log-In (Times and Activities) Report

A Volunteer book is located in the main office at the high school.  Each student has a log sheet with his or her name at the top; these are filed alphabetically.  As you or your student participate in volunteer activities, please log the date, time worked, and volunteer activity on your student's log sheet.  If you are unable to visit the office in person to log the information, you may provide the information electronically by filling out the Volunteers Activity Report below:
